The African American Film Critics Association released its annual choices for the best in film in 2019. Leading AAFCA selections was Us with three awards. Also, Dolemite Is My Name, Waves, and the Korean film stunner Parasite took home two awards apiece. Check out the entire list of winners below.

Best Foreign Film: Parasite 
Best Independent Film: The Last Black Man in San Francisco 
Best Screenplay Presented with The Black List: Bong Joon-ho, Parasite
Impact Award: Queen & Slim 
We See You Award: Taylor Russell, Waves
